Karen graduated from Kinyon
Campbell Business School in Massachusetts and then obtained her MA Real Estate License.
After graduation she worked for a MA real estate broker until
joining Titleist & FootJoy Worldwide. She also owned and
operated a Family Restaurant with her husband before relocating to
Southwest Florida and getting back into real estate.

Karen handles commercial sales and leasing, coordinating and expediting
real estate contract processing and working with clients and their
attorneys, helping Bundschu Kraft effectively and efficiently meet our
clients' real estate needs. Karen also handles Bundschu Kraft's
marketing to include advertising, property brochures, property photos,
sales materials, and website updating.
Karen is a member of
CIP - Commercial Investment Professional, has her MOUS - Microsoft
Office User Specialist certification and is a Florida notary.

Administration
The integral function of contract
administration from the bid process to the completed construction
job in a largely custom design/build environment involves essential
communication between the office, the field, our subcontractors and
suppliers, architects, engineers and the clients. With an A.A. in
Business Administration from Miami Dade Community College and over 30 years experience in South
Florida

construction industry, Bob is
responsible for that communication and reporting function in
addition to handling the building permit process through to client
occupancy. His broad understanding of the construction process and
his patient communications with the sub-contractors enables enables Bundschu Kraft to
effectively meet “on time and under budget” goals, while never
compromising quality. |
